There is no way to track who noted that a patient "vomited" or "had bloody diarrhea", "ate 2 teaspoons" for follow up questions if they do not inital the note them selves. We have added a line to the template which includes tech initials and it is required for the tech to initial this line if they are doing that hours treatments, owever , if smart flow automatically added the initials of the person logged on when notes are made then this would make it easy to track back who to ask for more information.
