It would be useful if there was an option to "park" patient and client information without it showing on the whiteboard. This way, all of the information can be ready for when the patient arrives and the CSR only has to place the patient in the correct "room" when they arrive. It would provide a much smoother transition from collecting information to displaying it.
Thank you for the idea. The issue is that we are an emergency hospital and if we receive patient and client information prior to them arriving, it may only be a few hours. How can we change or track the time they actually arrive as opposed to the time we place them in to the incoming category?

Hi Jamie,
Thanks for submitting this idea. Many of our customers will create an additional whiteboard to manage the situation you are describing. When checking in a patient you can choose the start date for the Flowsheet (and set it for tomorrow for instance) and tuck tomorrows patients away in their own whiteboard. Then when the patient arrives you simply move the patient onto your "Rooms" board.
