When owner arrives reception checks this off on the workflow, it would be nice if that box turned a different color...say hot pink. I have a 2nd box on the workflow marked owner to pick up...if that would also turn a different color once the previous box on the workflow is checked off would be of benefit. I have issues of owners arriving, reception calling to the treatment area and then getting forgotten. This would certainly alert everyone that there is a pick up even if they dont get the call.
