Estimated lean body weight used for calculations in some patients

Hi. We often dose-reduce medications/CRIs/fluid rates etc to estimated lean body weight for obese patients. Can we add a weight section to all calculated values that defaults to the weight listed in smartflow, but can be changed within the order if desired?
