IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

When reviewing memos for the day, there is no way, other than to go into the patient record and look for a completed task, to determine if it has been addressed by a tech or doctor. It would be nice if the memo had a check box, visual from the MEMOS INBOX tab, for "completed" so we know we don't have to read a memo then search for an answer, when it has already been handled by a fellow staff member. It is a true waste of time and I suspect most techs and doctors do not have it to waste. Thank you! (P.S. I am new to this system, but so far others have told me there isn't anything, but if there is already an answer to this in place, please educate me!)
