Fluid boluses

One little issue we have is when you add a fluid bolus to the fluid treatment (which emergency clinics do A LOT), it puts the rate in the time box on the sheet. It is confusing to the technicians because none of the other treatment orders put something in the box, so it looks like a treatment that has been done rather than a treatment that is pending.

It would be better if the fluid order could just put a new line underneath the specific fluid type that says something like" Bolus XX mls over XX minutes" and put a regular open box rather than that rate thing it does.

    Similarly, I would like to be able to add a fluid bolus without the fluid rate for continuous infusion show up on my flow sheet.
