Changing the email in the discharge screen of the iPads changes the default email settings for the entire Smart Flow database. This cannot be locked down by user either. We struggled for several days to get everyone on board with not changing this email. Our company experiences substancial growth with a steady influx of trainees. This problem will continue to happen until this feature is locked down.
Could you imagine what would happen if this email was changed to a referring veterinarian, and then they were all of a sudden receiving all of our Smart Flow records? This is a major security breach in terms of accessibilty to client informaiton.
Verbal instruction is simply not a viable solution. Someone will inevitably not follow instructions, intentionally or otherwise. This is a major flaw in the design of the product which could cost our company significantly in terms of efficiency.
