Separate Checking out in cornerstone vs Discharge

Once clients are charged out, they are automatically checked out, and thus, discharged from the whiteboard. The name automatically disappears, and it is easily forgotten who needs to be actually discharged when staff are busy when reception tells us who is ready to go home, and if they were actually taken out yet.
