Preoperative Sheet editable even AFTER anesthesia has started

Often we do not do things in order, and many times we forget to input something into the preop sheet after the anesthetic log has started. Sedation especially, it is rare we get to actually press "start" for each medication right as we give the sedation. It would be nice to be able to go in and manually input time given if necessary.
