Finalized Anesthetic sheets/Dental Charts to be transferred IMMEDIATELY to cornerstone or other

We finalize as soon as surgery is done so that it is out of the way when patients are discharged. However, we do often try to look back to see how long a surgery was for billing, or look back at dental notes to see how many teeth were extracted etc. Also, doctors like to look while they are writing up their charts, which they do on cornerstone, but they cannot because the patients are not discharged yet.
