Expanding the hour on treatment to set to 5, 10, 15min. etc.

I would like to see a feature where you would hit edit, then click on the hour, then be able to set this hour to expand for vitals to every 1min., 5min, 10min. or whatever is needed. This would be helpful for blood transfusions and post-op cases in our ER.
