Adding Via Feeding Tube to how to Administer Medications

We work in a specialty practice and have a lot of patients who are NPO, there is no option on the medication orders for via feeding tube. So we are constantly having to keep it as PO then add into notes to give via the feeding tube. This can lead to mistakes on patient care, and would help keep records cohesive.

    Hi, So we figured out how to fix this,

    Just write in Via NG tube into the section where PO is, it should save. We did this for all feedings tubes as well as added in "Transdermal"
