Not sure if this would fall into this same category but, I think it would be very beneficial to have a time stamp after a cell is filled in with initials, at least under the medication section. This can help a user track when a medication has been administered to a patient in case a patient might need multiple doses or to see when it was last given prior to the next scheduled dose.
