Notify dr when patients vitals are abnormal

It would be beneficial if when we put a patients vitals into SF that it would automatically send a notification to the dr in charge of that patient if the vitals are abnormal so that we don’t have to track that dr down or wait until the dr is done speaking to someone or talking on the phone.
