Drug concentration

While I understand the purpose of putting the numerical value of the concentration before the drug name as it gets cut off due to space limitations, it's really odd looking & distracting. If the number has to be there ie. "10 Hydromorphone 10mg/ml", then why not just put "10 mg/ml Hydromorphone" instead?
