Thanks. I appreciate the fix (Daylight savings time FAQ) but that is a bit of a pain when you have anlarge number of patients in the hospital. In equine we only have a small number and so not a major deal but for other sections of the hospital that is bit of an issue.

The other problem is that if we discharge the patient we will lose all the information that was already inputted for today. I know that this is easily accessed via our EMR or in the archived files on Smart Flow but in terms if accessing patient paramaters for comparison it makes it difficult and time consuming. Which is against the purpose of smart flow.
Is it possible to request that Smart Flow investigates a better way to manage this for the future. Maybe grey out the 2am instead of deleting it so treatments etc stay at the correct time.. it makes no sense for the treatments to shift and then the treatment sheet to start at the incorrect time. "
