All drugs should be recorded on all records.
At the moment we enter pre-meds for patients in the anasthetic record but this does not show in the general work flow medications/hospital chart for the patient so we need to go back into the anaesthetic record to see when meds were given.
The same for when medications are administered before an anaesthetic has begun- we cannot see these on the anaesthetic record.
currently we are entering this information twice and it feels like double handing and could be a lot smoother :)
