Picker List Improvements

That would be great if we could have some "search" field when using the picker list on the patient's flowsheet. Because sometimes this list is very large and it takes a lot of time to find the required item.
Also, that would be very convenient if we could be able to select/enter not the only one item per cell, but several items. Sometimes clinic needs to select two items from the picker list at one time, for 8 am for example (as timing is also very important), but currently, they can select one item per cell only.
