Add dental charts & skin charts Merged

Dental charts and skin charts would be good to complete via the iPad. Can you please introduce functionality to add an image as a property to forms. The ideal scenario would be that the charts can be 'marked up' by the user on the ipad. eg draw an X to show which teeth removed/missing, write notes etc.

    Thank you to everyone for their votes and comments on this idea. 

    I have some exciting news to share....we are currently in the process of designing and grooming requirements for a digital dental chart right within the Smart Flow iPad application.
