Weight in grams/ no round up or down Merged

We have a large number of very small patient. Currently smart flow works only in kilograms and round ups to the first two decimal points. We would like to be able to select gram as well as kilograms. We would also like for it not to round up or down i.e. 123g not 0.13kg
