i am overwhelmed by all of the templates offered and I don't work with them that much; how can i practice looking at templates on a test patient when i am not at work?

    You should be able to log into SmartFlow via the web from your home computer. Ideally you can set up a whiteboard called Test and make several test patients called the templates names to better be able to look at them. Just go to www.smartflowsheet.com and use your login from any web browser.
