Ability to re-order patients on board

Is there a possibility that the patients could be dragged and re-ordered on the board so that we know which patient and treatments should be prioritized. Ex: Within the ER triage and treatment process, some patients require treatments/diagnostics sooner than others. If we were able to drag the patient to the top of the list on the board, it would allow technicians to know the order in which patients should be prioritized.
