Dental Radiograph Review Section in Dental chart or form

All our patients get full mouth dental radiographs. The doctors utilize a radiograph review sheet that has an image of each tooth and a box next to it for notes and they can draw on the tooth if needed to notate bone loss or concerns. Is there a way to add a section on the dental chart to select for radiographs finding? Is there a way to add a quick sheet reference for dental chart codes for new staff/dvms to avoid having to print the sheet/memorize?

    Thank you for the request. The radiograph review piece that you are asking for is not viable at this time.


    The ask for the quick sheet reference for the dental chart codes is something that is a possibility. I am currently working on some additional communication pieces that are specific to the ipad app. I will add this request to the other action items I am looking into.
