Pinning Patients

Would like to be able to pin patients to your own Whiteboard, so that each individual can see only the patients they are working on. This increases efficiency, as well as eliminates "too many cooks in the kitchen" during treatment times. This is a key feature on Instinct.

    Hi Holly -


    This feature in SmartFlow already exists and has for quite a while. It does require working with you leadership in creating personalized whiteboards. Many practices have the main whiteboards but they also create whiteboards that are for each doctor as well as for technicians as there are no limit to how many whiteboards a hospital can have. Once the personalized whiteboards are created you can then place a patient onto multiple whiteboards so that it can still be viewed by all - but also can be isolated on a personalized whiteboard that while you are doing treatments on your iPad - you can switch to that whiteboard view to isolate the patients you are responsible for.
