Smartflow synchronization

We have been noticing that after using and finalizing a procedure our anesthetic sheets/flow-boxes and all the information added during the duration of that procedure is not transferring to Smartflow website or any of our other Ipads. We are having to take pictures of that specific ipad and attach them to the patient's file on cornerstone. It would help to know if they ipad is not "synchorizing". Usually it shows "offline" but it has not been alerting us of this error.
