D/C medications and procedures rather than delete

Our staff would like to set medications and procedures to D/C at a certain time like what can be done in the fluids column instead of only having the option to delete

    For all items on SmartFlow (this is for Fluids as well) D/C only appears when at least one cell has been marked off. If you know you are going to D/C a medication later in that 24hr sheet on a cell you are NOT going to use type in more than 4 letters which will trigger the "do you want to bill for this" in which you will say No. Remember this "Nullifies" the cell permanently. You can leave an instruction in it - or you can put something like hold. Which will present the D/C option instead of delete. You can then set your D/C time and you can then clear the cell you typed in. Clearing the cell will not reset it - it will still be nullified so will not ever allow billing in it. We are looking at improving the experience but at this time, this how you can get the end goal you want to achieve.
