Would like to see option for multiple blanks per hour

Work in an ER setting, many times patients need serial treatments IE blood pressure monitoring or body temperature every 15 minutes when critical values are obtained. Would be nice if there was an option to fill out/initial for each diagnostic or treatment that needs to be done vs just putting notes in for each subsequent value.
