Have the ability to not bill the medications as the quantity administered

In our hospital we have a set price for some of the medications given (we do not charge by the amount we give on some meds). for example, if we have a patient that is getting 65ml of metronidazole it charges the account for 65 injections of metronidazole, or if the patient gets .4ml of ketoprofen it charges for .4 of an injection. it would be nice if we could have it charge for just 1 injection and not 65 or .4.
