The ability to attach photos to the smart flow record for hospitalised patients to be able to have a photo record of what their wounds, eyes, incision lines etc look like on a daily basis to be attached to their clinical record.
This already exists. You can take a photo or video with the iPad in any cell. Most users will have a line labeled Pictures/Videos or even label it more directly for Wound management pic/video, ect.
Having the picture or video go into the record of the practice management software we already do send but the software you use has to accept it. Currently ezyVet is the only software that has built their program to receive and place the videos or pictures into the patients record. As long as the parameter that the video or picture is taken on is setup to send to ezyVet it will. For other systems you would need to contact and request that they add this as a feature option on their side to receive and place the images onto the patients file in the system. Otherwise pictures will be available via the Notes PDF. Videos are only available from the treatment sheet when in active state, but are retained by SmartFlow and can be seen if the patient is restored from the Archive.
