Flashing or color changing boxes on white board in "workflow" mode

We work in an ER setting with constant ebb and flow of influx patients. It would be ideal to be able to mark r have certain boxes (i.e. when a treatment plan is ready to go over) have the box either flash or change color. The sea of yellow if hard to look through and discern these various things.
