Ability to high light downwards by sliding finger down like you do across

When creating a patient plan, you are able to highlight quickly across to make that item hourly by sliding your finger through. It would be great to be able to do the same but going down. For example a patient needs a full TPR at 10am, its a lot easier to set up and be able to slide down rather than having to do each individual box.
