Get rid of, or speed up, the welcome splash after authenticating on iPad app.

Users are spammed with too frequent demands to authenticate already, having to wait for the cutsey welcome splash window and seeing you've lost work due to the view being reset is infuriating for busy users. It's unneccessary and time-wasting.
