Ability to hard press on an hour to put in vitals more frequently

Oftentimes we do a treatment more than once within an hour, and it's good to track exactly when it's been done. for example, we might put in a blood pressure, give a fluid bolus over 15 minutes, and then take another, but then the initial BP has taken up the spot for that hour. This would also be helpful when multiple injections of sedation are used
