For search field in patient whiteboard, either set a short timeout or update on submit, rather than updating on change/input

When entering or deleting text in the whiteboard search/filter, it appears to run the search on every character change. This results in major slowdowns, ESPECIALLY when backspacing (every deleted character broadens the search). Adding some sort of delay before running the search/filter should improve performance.
