Hello this feature does exist. Within SmartFlow there is no limit for the number of Whiteboards created. Also there is no limit to the number of whiteboards a patients can then be assigned. Whiteboards are created by Level 6 - Manager users of the account.
SmartFlow does not have the ability to automatically assign a patient to a specific whiteboard that does need to be done by the end user. Unless a practice is using Cornerstone with SmartFlow.
