IDEXX SmartFlow Ideas Portal

Hello. We are an Emergency hospital, and since the pandemic vet med has been turned on it's head. Wait times are longer than usual, and I don't see that changing in the foreseeable future. It would be great if perhaps SmartFlow had a build in timer. That would update clients on their wait times or let them know how many patients are ahead of them via text??? It's a reach, but you can never have too much communication!
