Delete a Parameter Without Affecting Current Treatment Sheets

Ability to inactivate a parameter so it cannot be used again without it affecting current treatment sheets. This would negate the need to replace the parameter in each active treatment sheet or wait until there are no treatment sheets with the said parameter.
