I just want to clarify -- so within the Archive area to search for a patient you want to be able to search based on which Ward they were last on? Currently within the Archive you can search by the patients name, last name, file number - because the patient is no longer on the whiteboards/wards, I don't believe that information is retained unless reactivated.

There is a current way in which to search the wards/whiteboards. HERE is the FAQ on that.
