Ability to hover and see when meds and blood was taken on Smartflow

This will be useful to know when a BG was last done in order to make sure it done at an appropriate time. Example being if a BG is q2hr then being able to know it was done at 8:30a then it would be due again at 10:30a. Also same goes for like giving Buprenex or any other controlled things in order for them to be given at an appropriate time.
