It would be helpful to have the ability to add a permanent note to the instructions box of an individual line item without the need to create a treatment fragment for it.

The situation where this could be helpful is:

We have a line item that asks for the amount of blood drawn on the patient (particularly useful for neonates, micro pets, or emaciated pets). The line item reads: "Amount of blood drawn". We would like to add in the instructions box for this line item to read the math related to how much blood can be pulled per kg per day. These instructions would help staff understand how to perform the math to make sure we are not exceeding the amount of blood that can be safely drawn.
