Text/exam templates

Being able to save text templates (for example: physical exam template) to use in the notes section would be amazing. Right now, our docs have to go back into our PMS (Beo) to enter an exam template and fill it out, twice a day or more often, for every hospitalized patient.
If we could save an exam template to use in the treatmebt flowsheet notes section, it would mean less going back and forth between our PMS and Smartflow.
