When entering notes in the anesthesia chart or dental chart, the notes are visible in the general treatment flowsheet notes. In the final report, the notes only appear in their respective report (dental notes appear only in the dental chart, etc). In the treatment flowsheet notes, dental and/or anesthesia notes should be labeled as such instead of being apparently “random” out of context notes.
