Would like to set a feature where if a patient is not triaged within a set amount of time (5 mins) the workflow box would start flashing or change color to indicate overdue.

Increase awareness of urgency in triage to ensure nothing is overlooked

    Hello - thank you for the feature request. This feature already exists. It does require a Level 6 Manager to do the setup. The feature would be using the Analytics with Goals set.
