We are an emergency hospital that does wellness appointments and accepts walk ins 24/7. The purpose of a custom "public" view whiteboard would be to show clients where they are in the queue and classify different types of appointments (outpatient, walk-ins, tech appts, etc.) We color code our patients according to the type of appointment and we would like to have a "public" whiteboard that only shows the first column with the pet's profile for the lobby. This would not include the workflow or time stamps, only the queue.
