Need an area to record hot dog warming blanket serial number on our preop sheets

Hello! I am wanting to see if there is a way we can add a line item on our preanesthetic sheet where we input all of our premeds, induction agents, additional meds, fluids, etc., that is able to let us notate the Hot Dog serial number for patient warming that we are using on the pet for record keeping. I will attach the file for the page to which we wish to add this to. If there were any way to just have it say Hot Dog Serial Number: that would be great!
