We recently received an email from one of our customers inquiring about a "in progress" option.

Here is the scenario:

Things can get a little hectic and by the time a staff member is able to get a patient entered on smartflow, we may have a shift change happening. So, Person A just created the flow sheet and is in the midst of entering all of the treatments that were done. Person B comes along to take over care of the patient, and may not realize that Person A is still working on the flow sheet, causing confusion. Even getting some sort of notification or warning pop-up that says “someone is currently editing this flow sheet. Would you like to continue?”
