Every user should be able to adjust their workflow board with out it affecting the another person board. Each user should be able to assign patients to their own board with the click of a button. This then will let someone know which person is assign to it. Whenever changes are made, the change should automatically capture the person who changed it and no one else should be able to change another persons notes.
