@Smartflow - this is unfortunately not helpful, as every single patient has different requirements, and even patients with the same disease will be on different medications (for example, having a "diabetic" template wouldn't be useful as there are many types of insulin, many patients not even on insulin, differences in timing and more). The requirement we have, and that I have had for the last 10 years, is a standardised instruction for individual medications.
If a medication is saved to a template - and that note is placed in the instructions/notes of the medication that note will be saved and will display everytime the template is loaded.
