Save instructions for medications

When adding a medication to any smartflow sheet with any template, we would like for instructions to be saved for that medication, eg whenever we add enrofloxacin we would like the instructions displayed as "Dilute 1:4 and give over 20 mins", or for any type of insulin "Confirm dose with vet before administering". Some vets or our newer nurses don't know these things, but are very good at reading instructions!
