Adding images to select in forms

We have several pain scales in use for cats, dogs and rabbits. Normal painscales use images to show the facial expressions of an animal in a certain painlevel.


It would be very usefull if we would have the options to select photos as multiple choice.

    @Melisa Coleman - that feature already exists. The person who builds your form can add that property to the form to take a picture of belongs.

    yes that would be soooo good. Plus adding images can be used to identify any gear (leashes, collars, blankets, etc) that belongs to the patient.
