Enable critical values to be entered onto the anaesthetic sheet

It would be great for critical values to be set in an anaesthetic chart (similar to how you can set them in the patients flow chart). We are a speciality hospital and not all of our patients are healthy when entering theatre. Being able to set critical values for that particular patient would really help to support our nurses when monitoring these types of surgeries.
